Monica Talks ‘Code Red,’ Musical Evolution, and More on HuffPost Live

With just days until the release of her eighth studio album, Code Red, Monica is getting another round of promo in. Heading over to the HuffPost Live studios to do an interview with Alex Miranda, the veteran songstress dropped a little information about the forthcoming album, her longevity in the industry, and – of course – the state of R&B.

In addition to being questioned by Alex, the gorgeous mommy of three also took a few questions from fans and industry professionals – including ThisIsRnB’s own, Ni’Kesia Pannell. Monica, who donned red tresses and fall colors, welcomed the questions from all involved with honest answers, big smiles, and a humble heart.
