Toni Braxton thought she was leaving the entertainment game for good in 2013. Little did she know, her fan base and singing partner-in-crime Babyface would be calling upon her to sing again.
In 2014, Braxton and Babyface released their acclaimed joint album Love, Marriage & Divorce, lead by the No. 1 hit single “Hurt You,” and in 2015 the project won ‘Best R&B Album’ at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.
So what’s next for this seven time Grammy winner? In a recent interview with Sway Calloway on ‘Sway In The Morning’ Braxton revealed that she and Babyface have been entertaining the idea for a Love, Marriage & Divorce Part 2, since coming off of their Australian tour.
Hopefully this project will be coming sooner than later. With the chemistry that Babyface and Braxton create, the world would have thought they would make a wonderful couple.
However, Ms. Braxton revealed to Sway that he has never and will never be someone that she is romantically involved with.
At least the world can rest assure that this is one musically married duo they do not have to worry about divorcing.
