Raise your glass for all the chocolate girls in the world!
Kelly Rowland announced during her recent chat with ESSENCE that the time has come for her to put on another one of her talented hats. While music and acting have been apart of her roster, the singer and mommy of one, has now stated that she is beginning her journey into the beauty market with her own line of make-up.
Starting off with lashes for all women, Kelly and her makeup artist Sheika Daley will then venture into the many different avenues of the largest market for women. Though the beauty line will be available for all women, Kelly has promised that there will be a little extra attention given to ensure that the “chocolate girls” will be covered how they need to be.
“My makeup artist Sheika Daley and I are actually starting a makeup line we’re making sure we make, well, we’re starting off with lashes and then we’re going to have it grow for all women,” she said. “But definitely making sure we have our chocolate girls covered. Gotta get the chocolate girls in there! We have to have that, you know. I think Iman has done a beautiful makeup line and I want to do it too!”
While no solid information in reference to name, what will be included in the line, and it’s release date have been given, we can look forward to what is soon to come from the Grammy Award winning artist.
