Singer/actor Rotimi returns with the surprise release of a five-song project titled, SUMMER BANGERZ, along with a sexy new visual for the single, “Doin It.”
Best known for playing the role of “Dre” in the STARZ hit series “POWER,” which is set to return July 17, the multi-talented artist worked with producers Corte Ellis, Bongo, and Brandon “B.A.M.” Hodge on the project, borrows from hits like LL Cool J’s “Doin It,” Mya’s “Movin’ On,” Black Rob’s “Whoa,” and Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam’s “Let the Beat Hit Em.”
The summer inspired EP also includes the original bonus track “Paradise.”
In the video for the provocative “Doin It,” Rotimi and his lover get it on everywhere: an elevator, the backseat of a taxi, and of course, the bedroom.
