Def Jam’s DaniLeigh has returned with the colorful music video for her sexy single “All I Know” featuring Kes, off her 2017 EP Summer with Friends.
The Dominican-American singer, choreographer and director first gained fame when she directed the 2013 video for Prince’s song “Breakfast Can Wait.”
Her latest single mixes the past with a modern bounce as the track samples Aretha Franklin’s “One Step Ahead.” Dancing to the melodic rhythm of the beat, Dani sings about the difficulty of moving on from a lover.
“I got ambitions, can’t deny that you treat me right,” she sings. “You gotta understand my pride / Won’t let me settle down I just can’t right now.”
