Lifetime is turning up the summer heat with its latest original film I’ll Never Let You Go, premiering Saturday, August 16 at 8/7c. The suspenseful drama stars Meagan Good, who also executive produces, in a role that dives deep into love, betrayal, and survival.
Good plays Emily Westover, a successful art gallery director grappling with empty nest syndrome after her daughter heads off to college. Struggling to reconnect with her husband (Thomas Cadrot), Emily finds herself drawn into a passionate affair with a charismatic Italian artist, Carlo (played by Antonio Cupo). But what begins as a fleeting escape quickly spirals into a nightmare.
When Emily attempts to end the affair, Carlo refuses to let go—unleashing a dangerous obsession that threatens to unravel her life, her marriage, and everything she holds dear. The film promises tension, emotion, and a fierce lead performance from Good as a woman pushed to her breaking point.
Directed by Troy Scott and written by Alex Wright, I’ll Never Let You Go is a must-watch for fans of high-stakes thrillers with emotional depth.
