Here is another new uptempo joint from Chris Brown titled, “Hands Up High”. It is rumored to be produced by Swizz. It’s short, I assume unfinished, but there is some potential here with the chant like chorus. His forthcoming album F.A.M.E. is due March 22nd. Give this a listen below and stay tuned!
