Chrisette took to her Twitter to announce the follow-up to 2010’s Let Freedom Reign, is set for release on April 30. This album will be her first release under Motown, she was previously signed to Island Def Jam.

Just last month, Chrisette dropped the mixtape “Audrey Hepburn: An Audiovisual Presentation,” which included the singles “Charades” featuring 2 Chainz and “Rich Hipster” with Wale. The title track off the new LP, “Better” is very good, it was released early on a recent Motown Music Sampler, hear it here.
