During their chat at the Gillette ‘Kiss & Tell’ event, Rap-Up TV asked Keri Hilson about Justin Timberlake’s return to music. The R&B chanteuse was very enthusiastic about what she has heard and the studio chatter. With JT’s comeback single “Suit & Tie” featuring Jay-Z, already heating up the charts, and his first album in six years, The 20/20 Experience, coming March 19, fans everywhere are very curious what the hitmakers have in store. Keri shared that in her opinion when Justin and Timbaland get together in the right modes, they can change or redefine the sound of music on the radio.
“They both are capable of redefining the sound of radio, and I believe, based upon what I’ve heard, they’re gonna do that again,” she told Rap-Up TV. “So I’m proud of them and I’m excited for what’s about to happen.”
Timbaland has been working with Keri on her third album as well. “I’m all about blending the worlds of pop and hip-hop and R&B all in a pot,” said Keri of the follow-up to 2010’s No Boys Allowed.
