Yesterday, we celebrated the unforgettable life of the late, great Aaliyah, who would have turned 34 year old. After last years news that an official posthumous album was definitely in the works through her old label Blackground Records, and the first buzz single “Enough Said” featuring Drake created much attention and gossip, many are wondering what the status is of the project. Well, now two new tracks have surfaced, which are rumored to be off the new project, or created for it. The two songs, “Quit Hatin” and “Girlfriends” featuring Yaushameen, have both leaked online in their original unfinished versions in the past, but these are updated with new tracks produced by Knotch.

As we all await further news of the album’s release, take a listen to the tracks below…

These niggas need to STOP. This is garbage, just wait for the family to say “we are ready” and let Tim and Missy run the show. They understand Aaliyah to the fullest and it will be amazing. This is not good. . . . .AT ALL. 100% trash my dude. Sorry Aaliyah, I know you’re turning over in your grave baby girl. Your true fans are still fighting for you Lili
