After the recent news and controversy with the brawl between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown it appears that all will be forgotten and forgiven, at least for Frank Ocean. Even though Frank might be applying Neosporin to his wounds he took time to write an open letter and post it on his Tumblr page, “As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man,” explains Ocean.
