With a new record deal in place, singer and songwriter K. Michelle, is ready to deliver her debut album ‘Rebellious Soul.’ YouKnowIGotSoul recently caught up with K and she shared details on her album, what fans should be expecting, the pros and cons of the music industry, and more. K. Michelle also shared her love for R&B and discussed the importance of reality television being used as a promotional tool, “R&B is so amazing and the thing about it is, I have to blame the radio for not playing it or just taking the easy way out and pushing something easy on our kids. Our kids are not going to be able to go back and listen to it years from now. It’s very important, it does give people the platform to really hear r&b music,” said the songstress.
