Ty Dolla $ign has been building up his résumé, crafting hits for Trey Songz (“Fumble”) and Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa (“Young, Wild, & Free”). Now the L.A. native looks to further step out as an artist with the release of his second mixtape ‘Beach House 2.’
Among the 13 tracks, which include features from Chris Brown, Game, B.o.B, Wiz Khalifa, and Juicy J, is his double R&B sex jam “1st Night / 4 A Young (Remix)” featuring Trey Songz and Kirko Bangz.
Ty is readying his full-length debut album, due later this year on Atlantic Records.
