Usher did it, so why wouldn’t the R kill his own take on Rocko’s street hit “U.O.E.N.O.”

R. Kelly returned this year with the buzzing single “My Story” featuring 2 Chainz as the first taste of his forthcoming album ‘Black Panties,’ but there was a rumor of Kellz releasing a mixtape prior to the album. While, it’s not confirmed if that will actually hit our iTunes or not, we get a taste of what the R&B King would be dropping on us.
