Another day another magazine cover for Rihanna. The Pop siren helps celebrate GQ‘s 25th anniversary, by gracing the magazines British December issue. Rihanna strikes a deadly pose as Medusa, the mythological Greek monster who would turn onlookers to stone if they looked at her face.

A topless RiRi sports contacts, while snakes sit atop her head and a boa constrictor wraps around her neck. In another pose she embodies the snake with large fangs as two boa’s slide down her naked body. The shoot was art directed by Damien Hirst, one of the world’s most highly-acclaimed living artists.

“Medusa head on me like I’m ‘luminati!!!! She. x Damien Hirst #GQ #25thAnniversary #COVER,” tweeted RiRi.
