Lamar Starzz is back with the release of a simple visual for his 2013 ‘H.E.R.‘ mixtape cut “Decisions.” The Jodeci sampled track finds Lamar singing about choosing love while pondering his vices from a rooftop.
The R&B singer/songwriter released his follow-up project H.E.R. II, this past October, and is currently working on new music. Peep the video below:
