Oh, boy.
What marked the first stop in her promotional campaign for her new single “Rick James” and upcoming album, Oakland native Keyshia Cole didn’t hold anything back. Stopping by ‘The Breakfast Club‘ on Thursday morning, the songstress jumped right into the juicy topics that fans alike have been waiting to hear.
Without wasting any time, the infamous Breakfast Club trio got right to grilling Keyshia on EVERY SINGLE THING. Of course, focusing on her current status as Mrs. Cole-Gibson, the “I Changed My Mind” singer tried to stay as candid as possible when asked about where she was in the situation.
Also quizzing her on past comments about Michelle Williams and Beyoncé, she received the chance to voice her opinion and noted that each comment was blown completely out of proportion. When asked about a tweet that she previously sent out in reference to feeling by herself, she told Angela Yee that she felt attacked from the industry – namely The-Dream (or “The Hamburgler” as she called him) and Rico Love about each of the previous mentioned artists. Although we’ve always known for Keyshia to be extremely transparent about the events that occur in her life, one can’t help but respect the fact that throughout the years, she’s never changed.
Promising that her currently completed and untitled album will let fans into her life a bit more, we’re interested in seeing what she’s been creating throughout her time away from the mic.
