LSG was a R&B super group composed of singers Gerald Levert, Keith Sweat, and Johnny Gill. The group’s name “LSG” is derived from the first letter in the last name of each artist. “My Body” was released as the first single from their platinum debut album Levert.Sweat.Gill. The song spent seven weeks at No. 1 on the US R&B chart and reached No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was produced by Darrell “Delite” Allamby and written by Link.
In 2013 Gill revealed Eddie Levert, Gerald’s father, will replace him as the “L” in LSG as Gerald Levert passed away in 2006. Enjoy the video!
