A who’s who of entertainment and fashion ascended upon the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC for the Costume Institute Gala on Monday. In front of a crowd of his peers, Frank Ocean performed for the celebrities and invited guests.
In a dapper black-and-white Givenchy tux, the crooner performed “Super Rich Kids” and his Django Unchained soundtrack outtake “Wise Man,” backed by an all-female orchestra.
“The performance was so amazing last night!” tweeted his mother Katonya, who he brought as his date. “The room, the orchestra, the VOICE! Amazing. Just amazing.”
