Soulful singer-songwriter Leela James is cooking up something nice for the summer! Announcing that she will be releasing a new album, the songbird has us wide eyed at the thought of good music.
Titled Fall For You, the new album marks the fourth full-length project from Leela. Set to be released July 8, fans can expect nothing but greatness from the anticipated album. Coming days after her performance at this year’s Essence Music Festival, the project features talented collaborators such as Tim “The Arkitec” Kelly (Tim & Bob), Shannon Sanders and Drew Ramsey (John Legend, India. Arie), Joe Ryan III (Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild), and writers Rex Rideout and Francci Richards.
The album has been preceded by the lead single, “Say That” featuring Anthony Hamilton. The second single and title track, “Fall For You,” will be impacting radios on May 19 and is available for pre-order on iTunes.
