Houston, Texas based artist Whitney Wright releases her brand new single and video “Time Bomb.”
Taking influences from Adele, Christina Aguilera and Rihanna, Whitney displays an impressive voice that blends R&B, Pop, and Soul together. Her message is that everyone is the star of their own show, and nothing is impossible for a star. She hopes to be a positive example for people, inspiring and motivating others to step up and take hold of their dreams no matter the obstacles.
On the new single, which is produced by Andrew “Druski” Scott (Fantasia, Dawn Richard), the singer/songwriter sends a strong message to her no good man who has crossed the line one too many times.
“Pack your things, and then get out / What we built is crumbling down, now you’ll see what pain’s about,” she sings on the breakup anthem. In the visual Whitney shows her heartbreak as she pushes the loser out of her life and gets even with a bonfire of his clothes on the roof of her building.
