Tinashe embraces her inner ‘water bearer’ with the trailer to her anticipated debut album Aquarius.
Announcing that the set will hit stores on October 7 via RCA Records, the album has been preceded by the No. 1 Rhythmic Radio single “2 On” featuring Schoolboy Q. She has previously revealed that the album will feature A$AP Rocky and Future as well.
The singer/songwriter is seen taking a bath with fish and pouring a pitcher of water into the ocean at night, a symbol of the water bearer pouring forth the waters of wisdom.
“I think they might find me, I’m no longer afraid if they do,” says Tinashe. “I have been preparing…waiting, so begins the first stage. A revolution is upon us, so let them come.”
The eery trailer ends with her jumping into the ocean.
