Tank released his sixth studio album Stronger yesterday and he’s been on a constant promo run. Stopping by the Steve Harvey Morning Show to talk about the album and more, the R&B General delivered a unique performance of the LP’s lead single “You’re My Star.”
Seated at the Motif keyboard, Tank performed a stripped down version of the celebratory song, showing off his famous vocals and smooth demeanor.
For a follow-up Tank sang his classic ballad “Please Don’t Go” and he was joined by Steve’s infamous character Roscoe P. Wallace who added his own comedic tale.
“Don’t do me like Tiger, not talkin about Tony the Tiger, talkin bout Wooods,” they jokingly sing.
Check out both performances below, and you can pick up Tank’s new album on iTunes now.
