With Mother’s Day only two days away, Ciara is gearing up to experience her first one and in celebration of the holiday, she’s released a video for new tribute song, “I Got You.”
The song is an appreciation for her almost one-year old son, Future. Shot in black and white, the video showcases the singer and her beginning stages of motherhood, and her announcement to her parents, Jackie and Carlton Harris, of their grandson.
Beginning with a lullaby altered by CiCi to cater to her son, the rest of the Dianne Warren-penned ballad, off of her new album Jackie, has her belting out the sweet sounds that only a mother can feel.
