Times are good when music royalty continue to bless us with new material. After just a year since the release of his two comeback albums Art Official Age and Plectrumelectrum, Prince is getting ready to drop another solo project, due out in the final quarter of 2015.
Following the lead single “HardRockLover” Prince doubles down and shares the second single from his forthcoming album, tentatively titled The Hit & Run Album.
“First things first,” Prince sings, “We like you to stare—we used to go on stage in our underwear.”
Interestingly, “Stare” is available via Spotify less than a month after Prince pulled his entire catalog from the music streaming service in favor of his new business relationship with TIDAL. Listen to “Stare” below:
