Delaware based newcomer Jay Lavita has big plans for 2016, and he kicks off the year with the sexy visuals for his breakout single “Put You On” featuring Fred The Godson.
Teaming up with Itchy House Films on the video, the R&B singer highlights the songs club appeal hitting up a private party with plenty of eye candy. Through the neon lights, Lavita shows up and shows off some choreographed moves, backed by a crew of female dancers.
Over the RnBass style track, he sings out to the object of his affection, wooing her to be his main chick. Godson shows up to spit his slick verse against the club wall, while a talented chick juggles a fire staff.
Born Jeffrey Lynn Tabron, the emerging singer-songwriter grew up in a musical home that emphasized hard work. According to Jay, every Christmas morning his parents insisted that he and his siblings perform before they were allowed to open their presents. This early love of performing helped mold him into the vibrant performer he is today. Honing his talents independently since adolescence, Jay has already shared stages with legends like Earth, Wind & Fire, and hitmakers like Flo Rida.
