K. Michelle is kicking ass and taking names at the trailer park in the video for “Mindful,” the T-Pain-assisted song off her upcoming third album More Issues Than Vogue.
The colorful clip opens with the rainbow-haired singer playing cards with her girls outside her pink trailer home. They spot a neighboring group of girls, and just like that, it’s on. Before you know it, Slay Michelle is taking care of business, dancing in the streets, and warning anyone that tries to get in her way.
“You keep saying that you the illest bitch, but I still feel like Uma Thurman in Kill Bill / If you was determined to still feel like you was deserving to be real than you would have learned it a long time ago,” she states.
More Issues Than Vogue will hit stores on March 25. In addition to “Mindful” the album has spawned the singles, “Not a Little Bit,” “Ain’t You,” and “Time.” She will perform her new music on the upcoming VH1 special “A Night with K. Michelle,” which premieres March 21.
