Earlier this spring emerging indie artist Patrick Anthony debuted his mixtape, To.get.her, which displayed a keen sense of artistry and budding talent with it’s jazzy and soulful vibes.
Today, the Oakland native returns with the first visual off the project, for the smooth song “Summer Thing.”
In the ’90s home video style visual, Patrick brings warm weather feels as he sings out to his baby girl during a beach date: “Baby stop the frontin’ you know I’m what you need / You say it’s too good to be true, but I’m too real to be make believe.”
