There’s a new London-raised, LA-based singer-songwriter that we’re excited to put on your radar. Meet Talay Riley, a new Island Records signee who’s coming up in his solo artistry. In the past, he’s written for some pretty noteworthy talents, including acts like Nick Jonas, Britney Spears, Ellie Goulding and more.
Now he’s embarking on his own project, showcasing his unique approach to music. What better way to do this than through story telling? This is what he’s capitalizing on, as he explores the concepts of heartbreak and life’s adventure in his lyricism and instrumentation.
You can hear this in his brand new single, “Not Enough,” which is filled with a groovy bass line and snaps to peak your aural pleasure. His range knows no bounds, blending with the funky production to create the perfect feel good tune.
“I just want to give people great vocals, great melodies and lyrics that people can connect with,” says Talay. “I want to bring a lot of feeling.”
