After a stellar performance at the BET Awards, Def Jam signee Bibi Bourelly teams up with Alabama up-and-comer Earl St. Clair for the “Perfect” collaboration.
Reverberating organ keys and heavy horns light up the bluesy track, which allows the crooners to shine with their incredibly raw vocals. Earl takes lead, opening the track describing a woman who might be too much trouble for him, while Bibi does the same, singing about a man that is just too “perfect” for her to handle.
Earlier this week, Bibi and Earl visited “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and performed the bombastic, soul commanding ballad, off her forthcoming EP ‘Free The Real Pt. 2.’
