Don’t call it a comeback, but Kyle Dion has resurfaced.
The burgeoning singer hasn’t made an appearance since dropping his Painting Sounds EP at the start of the year, and Dion’s just as aware of his absence as anyone. The crooner took to his Twitter account with the words, “I haven’t given you guys any new music in a while, here you go.” That “new music” came in the form of a brand new single, entitled “Hold On to Me.”
The four-minute track – produced by Boowie, Oris Beats and Ryan Summer – lets Dion tug at his listeners’ heartstrings by way of his powerful falsetto. Over a scaled back beat, Kyle pleads with his lover to stand by him in spite of the hard times. “Do you hear me?” Dion asked, his voice full of emotion on the song’s hook, “Baby, don’t you leave me!” Hopefully, this isn’t the last we’ve heard from Kyle Dion this year.
Take a listen to “Hold On to Me” below and support Kyle Dion by grabbing the single on iTunes now.
