The elusive Frank Ocean is ready to bring his latest sounds to the festival circuit in 2017.
The singer-songwriter is already set to headline three music festivals next year, which includes the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama; the Panorama Music Festival in New York; and the Sasquatch! Music Festival in Quincy, Washington.
On top of that, Ocean is headed overseas for even more shows. On Tuesday (Nov. 29), he confirmed forthcoming appearances at Denmark’s Northside Fest in June and London’s Lovebox Festival in July.
The shows on this festival jaunt mark Frank’s return to the stage after a three-year hiatus. He surprised fans worldwide earlier this year with the release of two projects, Endless and Blonde. Both efforts have been critically praised and they mark a new independent phase in Ocean’s career.
“This has always been my life and no one else’s,” he recently told The New York Times. “And that’s how it’s always been since the day I came in it.”
