First Lady Michelle Obama made her last appearance on “The Tonight Show” as the FLOTUS on Wednesday night.
During her interview with Jimmy she reflected on leaving the White House, family memories, her plans to continue working for children in the future, and even wrote some “thank you notes.” Additionally, she joined comedians Jerry Seinfeld and Dave Chappelle for a hilarious game of ‘Catchphrase.’
Continuing with the memorable moments for her last show as the First Lady, music icon Stevie Wonder hit the stage to deliver a very special tribute performance to Mrs. Obama, singing a medley of “Isn’t She Lovely” and “My Cherie Amour,” which he changed the words dedicated to Michelle.
Prior to singing the updated song, Wonder said: “I must tell you, I wrote this song, but I kind of changed the words a little bit. If I don’t get it right, fire me.”
Check out the special dedication below.
