The trio version of En Vogue have been slowly making a comeback. This past spring they released the Raphael Saadiq-produced single “I’m Good,” and hit the road on tour with Bell Biv DeVoe and SWV.
Earlier this month, the ladies quietly dropped another brand new single, once again produced by Saadiq. The new song, “Have a Seat” is basically an attempt at a modern version of a ’60s record. Even the title using the modern shade throwing phrase, and the ladies enlisted the legendary Snoop Dogg to drop a quick rap verse.
The trio–made up of Terry Ellis, Cindy Herron, and Rhona Bennett are prepping for the release of their forthcoming album, Electric Cafe, which is expected soon via eOne Entertainment.
