Mya is back with a penetrating record for our bedroom playlists. Following the release of her seductive new single “Ready for Whatever” in September, the R&B vixen reloads with a sultry remix, simply titled “Ready, Part II (Bedroom Mix).”
Borrowing from R. Kelly’s 12 Play classic “It Seems Like You’re Ready,” the songstress coos out to her lover a set of seductive instructions.
“Boy your body’s calling / It’s hitting me up / Baby don’t be stalling / Don’t be late showing up,” she sings. “I wanna give it all, I wanna take it off / But you gotta put in work babe, ’cause I’m something like a boss.”
Last month, Mya released the sexy music video for “Ready for Whatever” co-starring R&B singer/songwriter Kevin McCall as her leading man. The Grammy award-winner shows no signs of taking time off following her 2016 album Smoove Jones, as she teases fans with the lush new remix.
