On Friday night (Feb. 2), Jhené Aiko went on a ‘trip’ to Paris, France.
Kicking off the European and U.K. tour in support of her recent album Trip, the songstress was welcomed by a sold-out crowd at the famous Élysée Montmartre.
The elaborate performance was a journey through her latest project, which was inspired by personal journeys she went on and performed under the alias Penny.
Filled with plants, flowers and different types of green life on stage, Jhené was joined by a harp player during portions of the show. She also debuted multiple outfits, including a silver gem and sequin filled jacket with matching thigh-high boots.
Jhené will be traveling through February on the tour, which includes stops in the United Kingdom, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and more before closing in Belguim.

In addition to her latest tour, Aiko appeared on the new episode of All Def Digital’s “Arts & Raps” series. In the clip, the singer sat with 2 young children in an art room setting and answered their questions about the music industry, open relationships, and psychedelics.
