After shocking fans with My Dear Melancholy, The Weeknd surprises once again with two new vertical videos via Spotify.
The first of these exclusives is “Try Me.” Abel Tesfaye shot the clip with his cellphone during a night out in Los Angeles, but the grainy clip plays out like a stylized shoot. It features the XO star singing in the front seat of a car, while lovers writhe with passion behind him.

“Call Out My Name” is the other song with a visual accompaniment. This clip features Abel Tesfaye inside of television screens. While he sings about a broken romance, a somber model watches the static-filled screens. Lost in a trance, she caresses the screens and breaks into interpretive poses.
“Try Me” and “Call Out My Name” are two out of the six songs on My Dear Melancholy,. Executive produced by Frank Dukes, the project boasts additional contributions from Mike WiLL Made-It, Skrillex, and DJ Gesaffelstein.
