The ride is almost here. Tinashe‘s fan squad is going crazy over the official announcement that her long-awaited sophomore album Joyride will arrive next month!
On Friday afternoon (Mar. 16) the R&B/pop songstress took to social media to share the LP’s cover art and announce that it will be released on April 13. The album cover finds her mostly silhouetted in shadows, standing elegantly in front of an all white background. She appears to be wearing a futuristic robotic jetpack with giant spikes emanating from her back.
Tinashe added a knowing caption to the mysterious art. “The wait is over,” she wrote. “JOYRIDE 4-13.”
The follow-up to her 2014 debut Aquarius, has already spawned the singles “No Drama” featuring Offset and the Future-assisted “Faded Love.”
