Jill Scott is returning to a performance venue near you this summer to “Live In The Moment.” The 3x Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter has just announced a new set of tour dates through June and July.
It’s been three years since Jilly from Philly released her acclaimed fifth studio album WOMAN, but she’s still hitting the road in support of the project, along with some surprises in store. The songstress is set to kick off her summer tour on June 21 in Minneapolis, MN at Mystic Lake.
The 13-city tour will make stops through Chicago, New Orleans, Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C. and more – wrapping up July 28 in Cincinnati at the Cincinnati Jazz Festival. Fans can expect Jill to perform favorites from her WOMAN album, along with her classic hits.
“Hitting the road, being vulnerable and sharing my music with fans is the most fulfilling part of being an artist,” says Jill Scott. “I look forward to giving love, light and living in the moment with everyone this summer.”
Released in 2015, WOMAN debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart, marking the singers second number one studio album to date.
