Ginette Claudette offers up a new rendition of her hot, Stereotypes-produced single “Twisted.” In a retro-styled visual, the songstress performs an acoustic version of the song with songwriter/producer August Rigo on keys.
Seated on a home studio desk, the songstress delivers the infectious track with great poise and even switches up to a Spanish language version on the last chorus.
“You keep talking circles, tell me what’s the motive,” sings Ginette. “‘Cause I’m starting to let go / Do you even notice? / If you’re gonna stay down / I need confirmation / And I need it right now ’cause I’m losing my patience.”
Speaking about the single and collaborating with The Stereotypes, Claudette says: “When friends who love music get in a room together, songs like this happen. ‘Twisted’ has such an attitude about it that I think listeners will vibe to.”
She is currently working on a new album, which is leaning more into her R&B roots and making bolder statements.
