A week before releasing his anticipated new album Good Man, Ne-Yo shares another new song with “Summertime.”
The track is an instant vibe with it’s cinematic production, which the crooner rides while reflecting on various conflicting thoughts over his life and a relationship.
Speaking about the song, Ne-Yo shared with fans, “’Summertime’ is an absolute VIBE. The guitars create a feeling that says ‘just ride’,” he wrote on Instagram. “A perfect song for hot summer days with the top off or the windows down and this song ALL THE WAY UP. A mellow smooth soundtrack for you, a special somebody and your summertime.”
“SUMMERTIME” follows the recently released “Apology,” the club single “Push Back,” and the title track, which hit No. 1 on the Billboard R&B chart.
Due out June 8, the 17-track Good Man album includes guest appearances from PARTYNEXTDOOR, Romeo Santos, Eric Bellinger, and Candice Boyd.

Awesome :). Huge Neyo fan. Ever since he came out with his song “So Sick” I was inspired by his talent since. Listened to him the very first time in my home city of Lincoln Nebraska on the hit radio in my 20s.
