Jhené Aiko surprises with a brand new remix and new single version to “Never Call Me,” off her 2017 album Trip. The original version features a rap verse from L.A. legend Kurupt, while the new remix features YG.
The Bompton native holds down his Def Jam labelmate rapping: “Ni**a don’t play / Ni**a go brazy for Jhené / Ridin’ dirty with the 30 for Jhené.”
Earlier this year, Aiko released two completely different but cinematic videos for the original version of “Never Call Me,” including a Slauson Hills edition featuring family and friends like Mila J, Nipsey Hussle, Lauren London, and Dom Kennedy.
YG will release his own album Stay Dangerous today featuring Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, Ty Dolla $ign, A$AP Rocky, and more.
