On the popular social media app Tik Tok, Miami-by-way-of-Detroit influencer Alahna Ly is the life of the party accruing millions of views on every post. Now she is ready to take her act to the top of the charts as she transitions to a recording artist with the release of her latest visual, titled, “Helluva Night.”
Shot before COVID-19 by Wilber Mateu, Alahna Ly stars as a carefree and hyper-active party animal embarking on the night of her life with friends. Throughout the visual, Ly displays her infectious dance moves and pop-infused vocals with sultry lyrics. Featuring candy painted old schools, L.A. mansion and bottles of champagne, Alahna Ly throws a party that rivals Project X. On Spotify, the new single has already accumulated over 100,000 streams.
“Helluva Night” follows Ly’s previous efforts in “Someone Like You,” “Summertime,” and the million viewed “Bailando.” All leads to the anticipated debut album expected to arrive late-2020. Many social media personalities have drawn huge success in other avenues outside of hashtags which makes Ly’s path to the top of the charts a safe bet.
