Luke James, Tank & Lonny Bereal Cover Maxwell, Charlie Wilson & David Ruffin at Apollo Theater

By

This past Saturday, the Apollo Theater represented for R&B with a great show featuring Faith Evans, Tank, Luke James and Lonny Bereal. The “R&B Divas” founder was the headliner but it was this performance moment from the guys that was really special. After Luke James opened the show, Tank brought the emerging star back on stage to do his best cover of Maxwell’s classic “This Woman’s Work,” which he straight slayed and had everyone cheering. Next, Tank called on singer-songwriter Lonny Bereal to do his Charlie Wilson impression, but Tank wasn’t lettin the young cats run the stage, so he treated the audience to his take on David Ruffin. Check out our exclusive footage of the crazy performance above! See pics from the show here.
