While the world is still going crazy over #DemBabies, parents to the twins, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are busy doing something special for young children
Although we’re just fresh off of the 2013 Christmas frenzy, Mariah and Nick are already getting prepared for this year. Announcing that they will be releasing a children’s picture book this fall, the superstar couple is on their way to getting their kids in the motion early.

Pairing with Scholastic, the family of four will be publishing a children’s book aimed at ages 3 and up. Currently titled, Roc and Roe’s Twelve Days of Christmas, the story is a jolly and festive picture book that features the twins, Roc and Roe, as the stars. NY Times bestselling author AG Ford will serve as the illustrator as the twins put their own spin on the holiday classic.
Overly excited, Mariah and Nick stated:
“We are so excited to work with the Scholastic team on our Roc and Roe picture book and we can’t wait until this holiday season!”
Obviously one of the biggest fans of the holiday season and well-known for going above and beyond in any and everything she does, we have no doubt that we’ll be seeing Mariah’s hand in all of this. With the new book slated to hit shelves during the 2014 holiday season, could this mean that we might be expecting a new book every Christmas? Only time will tell, but we’re sure that Roc and Roe are on their way to being superstars.
