Paying homage to her bay area roots and revealing intimate personal experiences, Mara Hruby premieres the music video to her new single “Cry Me A River.”
The texturally rich visual reveals a vulnerable side of who the jazzy singer-songwriter is, and what she has experienced through the lessons learned as she went through her first heartbreak. Shot and Directed by Dr. Woo of Light Up Film, in Ms. Hruby’s childhood home, we get a look into the heart of Mara as she lost a love that she believed in.
The visual and song is just a puzzle piece to her upcoming emotionally drenched EP ‘Archaic Rapture,’ which is due out March 18.
