Timbaland Michael Jackson Slave To The Rhythm 500x500

The King has had plenty of unreleased tracks leak and surface online over years. In 2010 a track titled “Slave To The Rhythm” hit the net, and was later confirmed to be recorded during MJ’s Dangerous sessions. In August of 2013, a reworked version of the song featuring Jackson and Justin Bieber also emerged, but was quickly removed due to a copyright claim.

Late last year, famed producer Timbaland made a shocking announcement, when he revealed in an interview with Revolt TV, that he was working on a posthumous Michael Jackson project commissioned by L.A. Reid and Epic Records.

We haven’t heard too much about it since then, but in honor of #TimbalandThursdays, he released a snippet of his new version of “Slave To The Rhythm.” Just last month, Sony Mobile unveiled an ad for one of its new smart phones that also features the new Timbo version of “Slave To The Rhythm.”
