Tinashe is hot on the heels of her latest single “All Hands on Deck,” and recent fan appreciation mixtape ‘Amethyst,’ but that doesn’t seem to be enough for her growing legion of fans.
While she is consistently working on new music, and releasing a lot of it, the Cali native has a lot in the stash as well. Being the DIY type of artist that she is, Tinashe has plenty of unreleased demos that have now been surfacing. Yesterday, a smooth unfinished demo titled “Mine” hit the net, and today we get another joint titled “City of Angels.”
Inspired by her hometown of Los Angeles, the singer/songwriter pays homage to the grind and journey of following her dreams.
“Nights like these nobody ever dreamed we’d see / We did the impossible, livin like we ain’t never get enough,” she sings.
