Kehlani is blowing up. With the release of her second mixtape ‘You Should Be Here‘ earlier this week the buzzing singer/songwriter brought her talents to SKEE TV for a live performance and interview. The episode aired on Thursday night, and gave fans and new listeners a greater feel for the Oakland native.
Sitting down with Skee, Kehlani spoke about the new project, Oakland roots & influence, being in the studio with Rick Rubin, meeting Drake, and more.
Later she hit the stage and performed her new song “Alive,” and fan favorites “Get Away” and “FWU” from her breakout 2014 mixtape Cloud 19.
