In the past they have battled on Twitter, but on Sunday night K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton surprised everyone by putting their previous disagreements to rest and battling with ballads.
K was up first, singing “Hard to Do” off her latest album Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart? She was followed by Tamar, who strut on stage in a golden fur for her brand new single “If I Don’t Have You.”
“Life is all about forgiveness, love, and unity, so tonight, I’m sorry K. Michelle, and I also forgive you,” said Tamar, who met K for the first time during rehearsals.
The ladies launched into a duet of Patti LaBelle’s “If Only You Knew” before being joined by Ms. Patti herself!
